Providing resources and guidance for those experiencing anxiety, distress, or uncertainty from alien disclosure
Alien Therapy combines interdisciplinary perspectives to provide resources, guidance, and support for disclosure-related anxiety
About AlienTherapy.org
AlienTherapy.org focuses on the mental health impact of extraordinary experiences, ontological shock, and disclosure-related anxiety, providing resources and context for individuals and professionals.
Alien Therapy was founded by an independent, interdisciplinary researcher and writer whose work focuses on trauma, neurodevelopment, and systems-level cognition. The project is non-affiliated and has no funding conflicts with any university, government, agency, insider group, or disclosure initiative. It does not have access to privileged information or any special connections and operates entirely outside agendas or official channels, observing public discourse, media, and developments as any informed member of the public might.
Scope and Purpose
The project is indifferent to the agenda of disclosure, the topic of aliens or non-human intelligence, or extraterrestrial technology. Its purpose is solely to provide a social and individual mental health scaffold, offering guidance, support, and resources for coping with extraordinary experiences or disclosure-related anxiety, without opinions, judgment, or advocacy regarding the content of the disclosure.
The project is based outside the US, in Copenhagen, and draws on personal, professional, and academic interests and endeavors, including memberships in the American Psychological Association (APA), the Danish Society for Neuroscience (DSfN), the European Society for Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience (ESCAN), the Society for Personality and Social Psychology (SPSP), and the Scandinavian Logic Society.
AlienTherapy.org combines these interdisciplinary perspectives to provide research-informed resources, guidance, and support for individuals navigating extraordinary experiences, ontological shock, and disclosure-related anxiety.
